In less than 4 months my mom and I will don our walking shoes and complete our first 1/2 marathon. I am excited to check this off on my "bucket list". Training began a little late due to my low back issues last month, but one week in I am feeling confident I will be ready come race day. I just wish I didn't have to workout on a treadmill in my basement. Hoping this -14 degree weather improves and I can enjoy a stroll in the outdoors.
