Last Thursday was lovely. I had the day off, Owen slept in (therefore so did I) he was a great listener all day, and took an awesome nap (again so did I)! Upon waking I thought it would be fun to surprise him with a yummy snack. I got out some crackers and topped them with his favorite "orange and white" cheese. We he ventured into the kitchen rubbing his eyes and yawning I told him I made him a treat and explained what was on the plate. He sighed, looked me in the eye and said, "crackers and cheese, that is lame". What does he think he should get after nap creme brulee!!??!
I was talking to my sister this morning and she inquired as to what Owen thought about the crib recently erected in his room. I simply asked him if he like the new crib for the baby .....his response....The crib in my room is NOT VERY COOL right not, but it will be cool when there is a baby in it. YEAH! Hope this means bringing home a new little family member won't cause too much drama.
